A 29th-century Starfleet lieutenant aboard the timeship Relativity who recruited Seven of Nine to find a bomb planted aboard Voyager.
Lieutenant Ducane serves under Captain Braxton aboard the timeship Relativity in Relativity. He is part of the team that pulls Seven of Nine out of time moments before Voyager is destroyed, so that her Borg senses can be used to find the temporal disruptor responsible.
Ducane briefs Seven and sends her back to several points in Voyager's past. After the saboteur is revealed to be a future version of Braxton himself, damaged by his earlier experiences with Voyager, the Relativity crew recruits Janeway as well, and together the travellers stop Braxton before he can plant the device.
