A Klingon woman from Kohlar's ship who set her sights on Harry Kim, and ended up with Neelix instead.
Ch'Rega is one of the Klingons brought aboard Voyager in Prophecy. When Harry Kim breaks up a fight between her and another Klingon over food, she decides he is a desirable mate and pursues him relentlessly, much to his discomfort.
Neelix offers to take her off his hands. With Kim pretending to be intimidated by Neelix in her presence, Ch'Rega turns her attention to Neelix instead, and the two spend a night together in the quarters Neelix shares with Tuvok, leaving them in ruins.
