Klingon advocate who prosecuted Worf at an extradition hearing after the Defiant destroyed what appeared to be a civilian transport.
Ch'Pok is the advocate who represents the Klingon Empire when it seeks Worf's extradition. While commanding the Defiant on an escort mission, Worf fired on a decloaking ship that turned out to be a Klingon civilian transport, and Ch'Pok argues that Worf acted out of bloodlust and a desire for revenge against the Empire.
In Rules of Engagement, he calls Worf's friends to testify against him and then provokes Worf into attacking him in front of the hearing. Benjamin Sisko, defending Worf, proves that the passengers supposedly killed had died earlier and that the incident was staged. He was played by Ron Canada.
