The captain of the USS Kelvin, killed by Nero aboard the Narada in the attack that created the Kelvin timeline.
Robau commands the USS Kelvin when the Romulan mining ship Narada emerges from a lightning storm in space in 2233 and attacks without warning. Ordered to come aboard the Narada to negotiate, he leaves his first officer, George Kirk, in command of the Kelvin.
Aboard the Narada, Robau is questioned by Nero about Ambassador Spock and the current stardate, and he does not recognise the names. Nero kills him, and the Kelvin's destruction soon follows. He was played by Faran Tahir.
