Brull led a band of Gatherers and helped the Enterprise make contact with their leader, Chorgan.
Brull led one band of the Gatherers, the Acamarian outcasts who lived as raiders, in The Vengeance Factor. The Enterprise tracked his group down, and he was brought into talks with Picard and Sovereign Marouk about ending the Gatherers' exile.
After hearing the offer, Brull agreed to pass it on to the Gatherer leader, Chorgan, making the wider negotiations possible. He was rough and wary, but he showed interest in the chance of a better life for his people on Acamar III. Joey Aresco played him.
