A Gamma Quadrant people whose homeworld was conquered by the Dominion, one of whom built a holographic village to remember his home.
The Yaderans are a humanoid people of the Gamma Quadrant whose homeworld, Yadera Prime, was conquered by the Dominion. Little else of their history or culture has been shown on screen.
In Shadowplay, Odo and Jadzia Dax investigated disappearances from a village on Yadera II and found that its inhabitants were holograms created by Rurigan, a Yaderan who had fled the Dominion conquest and built the community as a reminder of the life he lost. The projector was failing, and after the crew repaired it Rurigan chose to remain with the people he had made.
