A Constellation-class starship on which Geordi La Forge served before joining the Enterprise-D.
The USS Victory was a Constellation-class starship, the same class as Picard's old Stargazer. Geordi La Forge served aboard before his assignment to the Enterprise-D, and he stayed in touch with the ship and its crew.
In Elementary, Dear Data, La Forge built a model of the historic sailing warship HMS Victory as a gift for the starship's captain while the Enterprise awaited a rendezvous with the Victory. In Identity Crisis, La Forge and Susanna Leijten were the last unaffected members of a Victory away team that had visited Tarchannen III, whose other members had been transformed by an alien parasite.
