The Federation starbase where Dr. Dalen Quaice boarded the Enterprise-D before vanishing from Beverly Crusher's universe.
Starbase 133 was a Federation starbase where the Enterprise-D docked in 2367 to take on passengers, among them Dr. Dalen Quaice, an old friend and mentor of Beverly Crusher.
In Remember Me, Crusher greeted Quaice at Starbase 133, but soon he vanished and no one but her remembered him. People and records continued to disappear until she was the only person left aboard. She had been caught in a warp bubble created by Wesley Crusher's experiment, and with help from the Traveler, Wesley brought her back.
