The planet whose authorities arrest Dr. McCoy for a plague on its colony world Dramia II in Albatross.
Dramia is a planet the Enterprise visits to deliver medical supplies in Albatross. The Dramian authorities immediately arrest McCoy, accusing him of mass murder. Nineteen years earlier, he ran an inoculation program on the colony world Dramia II, after which most of its people died in a plague.
Kirk takes the Enterprise to Dramia II and finds a survivor who supports McCoy. On the return trip the crew is struck by the plague, and Spock breaks McCoy out of jail so he can find a cure. The true cause proves to be a natural aurora, and the charges are dropped.
