Amanda Plummer is an American actress who won a Tony Award for Agnes of God and is known for films including The Fisher King and Pulp Fiction. She is the daughter of Christopher Plummer, who played the Klingon General Chang in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.
In the third season of Star Trek: Picard she played Vadic, the mercurial captain of the warship Shrike, who hunts Jean-Luc Picard and his son Jack on behalf of rogue Changelings. Her theatrical, unpredictable performance made Vadic one of the most memorable villains of the modern era.
