Tryla Scott commanded the USS Renegade and was known as the youngest officer to make captain in Starfleet history. In Conspiracy she was one of the captains who met Picard and Walker Keel in secret on Dytallix B to discuss their fears about strange orders coming from Starfleet Headquarters.
Scott appeared to share their concerns, but she was in fact one of those taken over by the parasitic aliens that had infiltrated Starfleet. After Keel's ship was destroyed, she was among the infested officers gathered on Earth when Picard and Riker exposed the plot. Ursaline Bryant played her.
