The Andorian ambassador on Earth during the talks that lead toward a coalition of planets.
Thoris is an Andorian ambassador present on Earth as several worlds discuss forming a coalition. In Terra Prime, while the human isolationist John Frederick Paxton demands that all aliens leave Earth, Thoris pointedly asks why his people should stay when humans themselves seem divided.
He is among the alien dignitaries who hear Archer's speech at the end of the crisis, which argues for cooperation over fear. Thoris represents the wary Andorian view of an alliance with Earth and Vulcan. He was played by Joel Swetow.
