A confident young Vulcan engineer on the Enterprise who served under Geordi La Forge.
Taurik is a Vulcan ensign in engineering aboard the Enterprise. Calm and precise, he is ambitious and enthusiastic about taking on difficult assignments, and he quickly earns La Forge's notice.
In Lower Decks, Taurik is one of a group of junior officers waiting to hear whether they will be promoted. He helps La Forge with a secret mission, burning a shuttlecraft's hull with phaser fire and correctly deducing that it is meant to look as if it fled an attack. The operation leads to Sito Jaxa's death in Cardassian space.
