A Bajoran member of Voyager's crew who objected to using a hologram of the Cardassian scientist Crell Moset, whose research had been carried out on Bajorans.
Tabor is a Bajoran serving aboard Voyager in Nothing Human. When the Doctor creates a holographic version of the Cardassian exobiologist Crell Moset to help separate an alien creature attached to B'Elanna Torres, Tabor recognises the name and reveals that Moset's breakthroughs came from experiments performed on Bajorans during the Cardassian occupation.
Tabor's account turns the medical emergency into an ethical dispute. Torres refuses treatment developed by Moset, and Tabor's objection pushes the Doctor to question whether such knowledge should be used at all. After the operation succeeds, the Doctor orders the Moset program deleted. Tabor, a former Maquis, is later the first crewman found attacked in Repression.
