In The Changing Face of Evil, Winn has Solbor bring her the forbidden Book of the Kosst Amojan. Suspicious, he investigates Anjohl and discovers that he is Gul Dukat in disguise. When Solbor threatens to expose their plan to free the Pah-wraiths, Winn kills him, and his blood reveals the book's hidden text. He was played by James Otis.
