Rashella was an Aldean woman who hoped to raise Wesley Crusher as her own after he was taken from the Enterprise.
Rashella was one of the Aldeans who took in children abducted from the Enterprise in When the Bough Breaks. She was assigned Wesley Crusher and hoped to raise him as her son, encouraging him to accept his new life on Aldea.
Wesley used the time to learn about the Custodian, the computer that ran the planet, and to discover what was making the Aldeans sterile. With his help, and the work of the Enterprise crew, the Aldeans learned the truth about their condition, and Rashella and the others had to let the children go home. Brenda Strong played her.
