The tyrannical queen of the fairy tale world from Rukiya's favorite book, who menaced the Enterprise crew twice.
Queen Neve is the villain of the fantasy tale The Kingdom of Elysian, the favorite book of Rukiya, written by Benny Russell. In The Elysian Kingdom, a nebula entity transforms the Enterprise into the book's setting, and the unwitting crew act out its characters, Neve among them.
Neve returns in Once La'An a Time, when the Enterprise discovers the Elysian Kingdom as a world traveling through space. As the tyrannical ruler, she captures the landing party and is challenged by La'an Noonien-Singh, who poses as Princess Thalia.
Neve transforms into a dragon and pursues the fantasy versions of Christopher Pike and Spock, leading to a skirmish with the Enterprise in space. Spock's alter ego finally kills her with magic, ending her reign over the kingdom.
