Nori was an Ilari woman devoted to the tyrant Tieran, who helped him seize power after he took over Kes's body.
Nori was an Ilari and the companion of Tieran, a former ruler who had survived for centuries by moving his consciousness from one host body to another. Voyager rescued her, the injured Tieran and their ally Adin from a damaged ship.
In Warlord, after Tieran's host body died aboard Voyager, his mind took over Kes, and Nori fled the ship with him. She stood beside him as he gathered troops at a military encampment and moved to overthrow the Autarch, until Voyager freed Kes and Tieran was finally defeated.
