An Eminian woman who is ready to report for disintegration after being declared a war casualty, until Kirk stops her.
Mea 3 is an Eminian who works with the High Council and serves as a guide to Kirk's landing party in A Taste of Armageddon. She accepts her society's computer-run war with Vendikar as a duty, even though it requires real deaths.
When she is declared a casualty in a simulated attack, Mea calmly prepares to report to a disintegration chamber, and Kirk prevents her from going. His refusal to let her die, and his destruction of the war computers, forces her people to face what their war really costs. She was played by Barbara Babcock.
