Manua Apgar was the wife of the scientist Nel Apgar, whose account of Riker's visit helped turn suspicion on him.
Manua Apgar was the wife of the Tanugan scientist Nel Apgar in A Matter of Perspective. When the research station exploded and killed her husband, she became a key witness in the investigation of Commander Riker.
In the holodeck recreations, Riker remembered Manua openly flirting with him, while her version claimed that Riker had made advances to her and that her husband had confronted him. Data's reconstruction eventually proved that Apgar had died through his own attempt to kill Riker. Gina Hecht played her.
