Obsidian Order observer aboard Gul Dukat's ship who tried to keep the Order's secret fleet in the Orias system hidden.
Korinas is an agent of the Obsidian Order in Defiant. When Thomas Riker steals the Defiant for the Maquis, Sisko joins Gul Dukat on Cardassia to help hunt him down, and Korinas observes the operation for the Order.
As Riker heads for the Orias system, she warns Dukat that any ship approaching it will be destroyed. Dukat realizes the Order has built warships there in violation of Cardassian law, and Sisko trades the Defiant's sensor logs of the system for the safe return of his ship and crew.
