Ramuran whose species cannot be remembered by outsiders, who fell in love with Chakotay and was later made to forget him.
Kellin was a tracer for the Ramurans, a people who emit a pheromone that makes outsiders forget them soon after contact. Played by Virginia Madsen, she had come aboard Voyager earlier to retrieve a defector and fallen in love with Chakotay, who no longer remembered her.
In Unforgettable, she returned to seek asylum, and she and Chakotay fell in love again. Her own people caught up with her and erased her memories of the crew, and Kellin returned home. Chakotay tried to record his feelings for her, knowing he too would soon forget.
