Kareen Brianon worked as the assistant to the brilliant scientist Ira Graves and lived with him on his remote planet in The Schizoid Man. Without telling him, she sent a request for medical help when he fell ill, bringing the Enterprise to the planet.
Graves was dying and secretly transferred his mind into Data's body. Graves cared deeply for Kareen, and while living in Data he became possessive and jealous around her. Once Graves gave up the body and stored his knowledge in the ship's computer, Kareen left with the Enterprise. Barbara Alyn Woods played her.
