Jenice Manheim was the wife of the scientist Paul Manheim. Long before, she and Jean-Luc Picard had been in love, but he failed to meet her in Paris as planned and went off to his career in Starfleet instead. In We'll Always Have Paris the two met again when the Enterprise rescued her and her injured husband.
The reunion was awkward and tender. Picard admitted his regret, and the two shared a last holodeck visit to the Paris cafe where they had once meant to meet. Jenice stayed with her husband after he recovered. Michelle Phillips played her.
