Jack London

Bellboy and future author

A young bellhop in 1893 San Francisco who helped Data and later became the famous author Jack London.

Jack London is a young man working as a bellboy at the San Francisco hotel where Data stays in 1893. He befriends Data, who poses as a French inventor and enlists Jack to acquire nineteenth-century supplies for a device that will help locate the aliens.
In Time's Arrow and Time's Arrow Part II, Jack's curiosity and adventurous spirit are clear, and he becomes caught up in the crew's efforts in the city. His restless energy hints at the life of travel and writing that will later make him one of America's best-known authors.
