An Orion Syndicate captain who gives Archer three Orion women as part of a plot to capture Enterprise.
Harrad-Sar commands an Orion Syndicate vessel that approaches Enterprise as it heads for the Berengarius system. In Bound he invites Archer aboard, entertains him and Reed with three Orion dancers and agrees on a joint magnesite mining operation, insisting that Archer accept the women as a gift.
The gift is a trap. Once the Orions' pheromones have disabled the crew, Harrad-Sar attacks the crippled Enterprise and begins to tow it away, revealing that the Syndicate wants Archer. Tucker and T'Pol's immunity proves key to defeating the plan.
