A holographic assistant created by Lewis Zimmerman, who cared for him on Jupiter Station as he fell gravely ill.
Haley is a hologram who serves Lewis Zimmerman at his research facility on Jupiter Station, introduced in Life Line. Zimmerman has lived there for some years, working on holographic technology, and the whole station is equipped so that holograms like Haley can move about freely. She is devoted to her creator and treats him with patience.
When the Doctor's program is transmitted from Voyager to help treat the dying Zimmerman, Haley is among those who watch the two clash. She and Reginald Barclay support the Doctor's efforts until the two men reconcile and the Doctor finds a cure.
