The master thrall who serves the Providers on Triskelion, overseeing the training and discipline of their captive gladiators.
Galt is the master thrall on Triskelion, the overseer through whom the Providers manage their captives. In The Gamesters of Triskelion he receives Kirk, Uhura and Chekov after they are snatched from a transporter beam, fits them with collars of obedience and assigns them to drill thralls.
Galt's glowing eyes signal when the Providers are speaking through him. He enforces their will without hesitation until Kirk's wager ends the system and the thralls are to be freed and taught to govern themselves. He was played by Joseph Ruskin.
