Longtime companion of Q who joined him in the Continuum's civil war and became the mother of his son.
The female Q was Q's companion of long standing in the Continuum. Played by Suzie Plakson, she appeared in The Q and the Grey, when the Continuum was fighting a civil war after Quinn's death. Q had come to Voyager hoping to father a child with Janeway, and the female Q arrived in jealous pursuit.
The crew helped end the fighting, and she and Q had a child together, the boy later known as Q Junior, whose birth was intended to bring peace to the Continuum.
