The Klingon officer assigned to defend Kirk and McCoy when they were tried on Qo'noS for the assassination of Chancellor Gorkon.
Colonel Worf is the Klingon officer appointed to defend James Kirk and Leonard McCoy before a Klingon court on Qo'noS after the murder of Chancellor Gorkon. He conducts their defence seriously, challenging the evidence and arguing that McCoy tried to save the chancellor's life.
Despite his efforts, the court finds both men guilty, and they are sentenced to life imprisonment on the penal asteroid Rura Penthe. He was played by Michael Dorn, best known for the role of Worf in The Next Generation.
