Wealthy CEO in 2024 San Francisco who sheltered Jadzia Dax and helped get the voices of the Bell Riots onto the global network.
Chris Brynner is the head of Brynner Information Systems in the San Francisco of 2024. In Past Tense, he finds a disoriented Jadzia Dax after her arrival from the future, arranges a place for her to stay and takes her to an affluent party, where she realizes Sisko and Bashir have likely been taken into a Sanctuary District.
In Past Tense, Part II, Dax turns to Brynner to have a network terminal at the district's processing center activated, allowing the residents to tell their stories to the world. Those broadcasts help bring an end to the Sanctuary Districts.
