Warship of the Xindi-Insectoids, allies of the Reptilians on the Xindi Council, one of which held the hatchery that seized Archer's loyalty in Hatchery.
Xindi-Insectoid ships were flown by the insect-like members of the five Xindi species living in the Delphic Expanse. The Insectoids sat on the Xindi Council and, like the Reptilians, pushed hard for the destruction of Earth, which the Sphere-Builders had persuaded the Xindi would one day destroy them.
In Hatchery, Enterprise found a crashed Insectoid ship whose crew had died but whose hatchery of eggs was still alive. Archer was sprayed with a chemical that made him fiercely protective of the unborn Insectoids, and he diverted the ship's resources to saving them until his crew relieved him of command.
When the Primates and Arboreals, and finally the Aquatics in Countdown, came to accept Archer's warnings, the Insectoids stayed with the Reptilians. Their ships fought alongside the Reptilian fleet to defend the Xindi weapon as it set out for Earth, but the weapon was destroyed in Zero Hour.
