American producer and director who supervised Next Generation post-production and directed the Hugo-winning episode The Inner Light.
Peter Lauritson, an American producer and director, was head of television post-production at Paramount when he first worked on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. He became a producer on Star Trek: The Next Generation, overseeing post-production and visual effects, and later served as supervising producer of Deep Space Nine, Voyager and Enterprise.
Lauritson directed three episodes of the franchise, including the Hugo Award-winning The Inner Light, and served as second unit director on two Star Trek films.
