Shras leads the Andorian delegation on the Enterprise in Journey to Babel. Like the other envoys, he is on his way to the conference on Babel to decide whether Coridan should join the Federation, and he becomes caught up in the tensions that lead to the Tellarite ambassador's murder.
Shras's aide, Thelev, is exposed as an Orion agent who attacks Kirk and has been signalling to an Orion ship. The revelation clears the delegates of suspicion. Shras was played by Reggie Nalder.
