Wife of Robert April and a pioneering doctor, who helps restore the de-aged Enterprise crew in The Counter-Clock Incident.
Sarah April is the wife of Commodore Robert April, the first commander of the Enterprise. In The Counter-Clock Incident, she is travelling with him aboard the ship on the way to a conference on Babel and his retirement. She is described as the first medical officer on a starship with warp drive, and designed many of the instruments in McCoy's sickbay.
When the Enterprise is pulled into a universe where time runs backward, the crew begins to grow younger. Robert April takes command while the others are reduced to children, and he and Sarah use the transporter to restore everyone's proper ages. Sarah was voiced by Nichelle Nichols.
