Rishon Uxbridge was the human wife of the Douwd Kevin Uxbridge, recreated by him after she died in the Husnock attack on Rana IV.
Rishon Uxbridge lived with her husband Kevin on the Federation colony of Rana IV. In The Survivors the Enterprise found the colony destroyed, with only the Uxbridges and their house left untouched. The couple claimed to be the last survivors and wanted to stay.
Picard discovered that Rishon had actually died in the Husnock attack. Kevin was a Douwd, an immortal being of great power, and the Rishon the crew met was a recreation he had made. After admitting the truth, Kevin let her image fade and remained alone on the planet. Anne Haney played her.
