The Tholian commander who orders the Enterprise out of Tholian space and spins an energy web around the ship in The Tholian Web.
Commander Loskene of the Tholian Assembly confronts the Enterprise in The Tholian Web, after the starship enters an area claimed by the Tholians while searching for the missing USS Defiant. Kirk has vanished into an interspatial rift aboard the Defiant, and Spock is waiting for the moment when he might be recovered.
Loskene accuses the Federation of trespassing and sets a deadline. When the Enterprise stays, the Tholian ships begin spinning an energy web around it. Spock frees the ship and retrieves Kirk at the last moment. Loskene's voice was provided by Barbara Babcock.
