Holographic magistrate of Rurigan's village, who enlisted Odo and Dax to find his missing villagers.
Colyus is the magistrate of a small village in the Gamma Quadrant in Shadowplay. He tells Odo and Dax that twenty-two people have disappeared without a trace in recent days and welcomes their offer to investigate, watching closely as Odo questions his people.
Like nearly everyone in the village, Colyus is a hologram created by Rurigan's reactor, which is breaking down. He and the other villagers agree to let Dax shut the reactor off for repairs, and once it is fixed the village and its missing people are restored.
