A recreation of a notorious genocidal leader from Earth's twenty-first century, one of the villains in The Savage Curtain.
Colonel Green was a ruthless military leader of Earth in the twenty-first century, known for striking at his enemies during negotiations. In The Savage Curtain, the Excalbians recreate him as one of the representatives of evil, alongside figures such as Kahless.
Green uses peace talks as a trap, as in his own time, and plans the deaths of Kirk's team. His side's treachery brings about the deaths of Surak and Lincoln, but Kirk and Spock prevail in the fight that follows. He was played by Phillip Pine.
